The friendship run of LTF Mauschbach took place on September 2, 2023, and offered participants the opportunity to run, walk, or hike in various pace groups. With beautiful weather and plenty of sunshine, many runners and hikers made their way to Namborn. The event was well organized and provided a cozy atmosphere with cold drinks and sausages following the athletic activities. A lovely late summer day that celebrated community!
Highlights
- With a total of 19 participants, we secured 2nd place behind our running friends from Selbach (21 participants), followed by LTF Winterbach with 16 runners.
- Nicole Houy ran the 8 km, while Gerd Lauer and Armin Schweitzer completed the 10 km, with Gerd quickly taking the lead.
- The event took place at the Namborn school again after a year at the running club hut and concluded with an awards ceremony in the adjacent community center.
